I have made a big mistake by using axis pay upi app. I did a recharge of Rs 444 and the recharge failed after my money was deducted. So, I raised a query through the app but I have not received any reply or refund. I therefore tried calling the customer care using the numbers listed on the app but axis bank have changed their customer care number. So I again called the new numbers but those numbers are only for savings account holder and credit card holders. So there is no way for me to complain them because I am a non axis bank user.
I then tried a lot to find their email id of internet bank and also their customer care and when I found those emails I sent my query to them but they have not replied to any of those mails.
I therefore tried to call the grievance officer but that too didnt worked since no one received my call for more than 30 minutes and even after trying several times.
Now I have contacted them through play store by listing my query number. But they have not replied to me even then.
I am really pissed off because I have never seen such pathetic customer support especially from a bank. There is no support for non axis bank account holders. It showed transaction successful and also credited rs 50 cashback for a recharge that didnt happened.
I request everyone to stay away from this app.
