I started off to drive to the ECR chennai one morning and as I wasnt feeling hungry at 8.45 am thought would find some nice restaurant on my way. I was stuck in traffic and when I finally realized I was starving for my breakfast I had reached the outskirts of neelankarai. anyway I wouldnt have cared to stop in the midst of a busy roadside for food. so when I went little further I saw a Subway and a Fruit Shop. but both was closed and was informed that it opens only after 10.30 am. my heart stopped to see the rows of restaurants all closed.
There was a lone idle stall on the road side and my highly hygenic mind set wouldnt allow me to even pause for a moment before the road shop. I finally decided that I have to go without breakfast if this situation continued. suddenly I saw a small board informing me of Hot Breads coming up. I had no hope that this too could be opened. but when I drove past I could see two cars parked and people inside having food. I was so delighted that I took a u turn and entered the premises. the staff were very kind and took orders and as I waited I could see it was well maintained and clean. there was nothing around the place just empty land.
The food served was fantastic, well served and prepared. they also had a wide range of pastries and breads, which I didnt see even in the main city Hot Breads counters. it was a great breakfast and I even stopped by for my lunch and took away some pastries back home. I am hoping to go there again with family and friends as I find it a great place for good food and also for a good chatter..
