It was very unfortunate that I went here . it took me 6 hours to get my medicines ! if you are going here , you need 6-8 hours straight . it is a long process - first at the reception where they take your personal details , then they send you to an attendant who takes your past history then again one person comes who tells you about the course of medicine , then comes the no. tagging process after which you finally get to see dr. batra who also apologized to us for this long wait and then medicine counter where they take 30-40 minutes to make your medicine and pack it . sorry but nobody is this free atleast not me
