Baaghi 2 is a good entertainer movie for action movies lovers or mass audience. this single screens friendly movie has all components like high octane action, stunts and massy dialouges to rock on box office. wile class audience maybe like it or may be not or in one word it is decent movie for them. Film provides all required entertainment taht you expect after watching trailer(except logic).
STORY LINE & SCREENPLAY:-
as you know baaghi 2 is a hindi remake of telugu kshanam with additional action sequence &bollywood masala. storyline is engaging specially first half or(you can say that except last 45 minutes) where full action sequence comes in charge & story line suffers. screenplay of film is little bit slow in first half but still not boring but again it looses track on second half. overall first half is very good specially pre interval scene holds your excitement but second half is just strictly decent.
DIRECTION - AHMED KHAN:-
ahmed khan’s direction is very good specially in first half of the movie where he successfully keeps you engaged with twists and turns and suspense also film has very realistic and controlled action in first half and 30 minutes of second halg but again taking about same last 45 min he take storyline unneccesarily in jungle ad fcused more on action rather than storyline which looks unrealistic and unlogical(but still enjoyable) and loses some impact.
ACTING PERFORMANCES - 1
tiger shroff looks stunning and fit in his new avatar. he acts perfectly in the film specially his action scenes and stunts are praiseworthy but falls short in emotional scenes. his hard for makeover pays off & clearly shown in every frame of film. disha patani has very less screen space( just like extended cameo not full-fledged heroine role) but still she looks beautiful and adorable with her smile. she does her job fairly.
ACTING PERFORMANCES - 2
supporting cast is the sole of the movie. manoj bajpayee is excellent as usual & acts brilliantly in the film but for me randeehooda is the show stealer of te film. he’s outstanding as LSD &his dialouge delivery & screen presence entertain you most. deepak dobriyal is also fantastic as usmaan & leaves an impact. prateek babbar has very less screen space but does his job fairly. overall performances are the highlight of the movie.
MUSIC & BACKGROUND SCORE:-
music is just average and most of songs looks unneccessay in he film. Osathi is a nice song sung by magical atif aslam which makes impact. lo safar is good but totally wasted in film as it placed just after 2-3 minutes after O sathi even mundiyan song also placed under 20 min later that makes you feel like too much in halh hour. ek do teen is one of the worst remake of old classic &strictly voidable. background music is good just like baaghi.
DIALOUGES AND FILM EDITING:-
dialouges of the film are well written and perfectly suits its genre. some dialouges are claps and whistle worthy specially when delivered by randeep hooda. his dialouges are most enjoyable and impactful. manoj bajpayee, deepak dobriyal & tiger shroff dialouges are also good. editing is weak as film looks almost 20 minutes streched mainly due to its unneccessary songs. cinematography is goos.
OVERALL FINAL VERDICT:-
overall I found baaghi 2 is good entertainer with hogh octane action sequence. a visual treat for tiger shroff fans & actin genre lovers. if you are interested than please keep the logic behind & watch it for entertainment purpose and it will not disappoint you. yes some action scene are unlogical but still entertaing and enjoyable. I predict this film will perform good at box offce as film has everything for its targetted audience.
