Baar Baar Dekho is the sort of name for a film that would suggest you could watch it more than once. But the story on offer in this time-hopping romance is pointless and the only thing that manages to impress is the futuristic production design of the movie. Its rare to see such good and functional use of future tech in Hindi movies, but that’s exactly what director Nitya Mehra’s movie does. Its packaging of a futuristic love saga is nice. Sadly, the idea of a man finding out the meaning of love is clichéd and his journey rather daft. The movie looks good, but the writing let’s it down.
