My name is Krishna Kant and here I am going to post a review on patanjali whole wheat chakki atta. In our daily use we have to buy flour for meeting the eating requirements.
But it is not so that all the flours getting sold in the market are good. Some of them have really very poor quality. One of these worst quality of floors is that of Patanjali Atta ! I bought a pack of this flour from the nearest general store of my house. Since I have shifted to a new flat so I had access to only that general store for a bulk buy that time. The shopkeeper gave it to me claiming that it is one of the best quality of flour currently being sold. I also got flawn in his words but when it was used in my house the result was much terrible ! What a worst taste it had ! O my god.I was not even able to compromise the presence of chapatis in my plate.
Let me tell you something in detail about this flour-
Chapatis prepared from this flour are of very bad taste and somehow they taste like rotten mango like that ! You will not be able to place even a single bite of chapati in your mouth and it will force you for vomitting. I was really very depressed after buying this flour.
The fragrance of the items prepared from this flour is very aweful. It smells very bad. Right from the time of cooking you will get an unpleasant smell from this flour. When the chapati gets prepared it gives you a peak of stinking !
When you are cooking food and using this flour.it takes a lot of time for a single chapati to get completed. I dont know what kind of flour is this but it took a lot of time without any other reason !
While using this flour when the packet is opened first time, you will receive an ugly look of the first layer of flour. Small granuels get rounded and become very tiny ball like structures which certainly represent the worst quality of flour.I am not going to buy this product in future at any condition.
Guys, this flour doesnot stand on its price tag and not even on its branded claim. So please select any other good floor from market.
