I live in Canada and I bought this atta from the nearby local Indian store.I was a bit apprehensive as I have been using all the branded attas from India.but to my surprise roti’s come out really well and are tasty too!
As usual I mixed the attas in warm water and made the dough.the dough came out very well.i quickly realised that this is only because it does not have maida mixed in it.When I used to use maida I really found it hard to make the dough.After I made the dough from this Parantajali atta I left it for 15 minutes.and used the traditional thawa(cast iron) one from India.
I recommend this product and request the company to sell this product in the whole of Canada and in the USA.I look forward to buying all the other products from Baba Ramdev’s company.I wish success to him in his endeavours.
