I had ordered a product soft toy Cuddlekins Wolf 12" order number :100159810 on 10 of august in afternoon and the policies tell they will deliver in 4 days and after 6 days I give a call to the customer care of website regarding the query where is my product I was surprised to know that they have no clue whether the order was placed at all.
After four five call they realized that order was placed and they say sir I will give the order to my team to process the order. After 8 days of order been placed more then 10 call gone through the babyoye website had finally shipped the order on 18 Aug from Bombay. From that day, till now they order status is in transit.
And every time I give a call they keep saying the order will reach you tomorrow by afternoon. I want to say this to everyone reading this please do not order anything for your baby from here as it harass your mental state and baby’s too.Timing and punctuality are not at all in the dictionary off this company. Also if the product reaches you which is highly unlikely your baby would have grown up and you would no more require it.
I really had a real bad time with website and company I would never ever recommend this company to anyone at all. Ya if you want to disturb your mental state and keep calling someone for your money and order you are welcome to do so....
Unprofessional behavior is the right word for them...
