Today I was trying to order a tricycle for my best friend’s son as his 1st birthday is coming. I was checking the products on different websites and found some good offers in babyoye as compared to some other sites. So I was ready to give a try even if I had a very bad experience with my previous purchase because of their courier partners "PROFESSIONAL COURIER". But with DTDC, I had a nice experience and thought I will give a try since that seems to be a good offer.
The product suuposed to have 10% discount. The actual price they showed on the site is 3095/- and a 10% discounted price as 2786/-. The product name is: MeeMee Baby Tricycle Color Red & Yellow(BT-820A). But when I added the same into my cart, the price showing was 3095/-. Again I removed the item from my cart thinking I added a wrong one and tried adding the correct one again. That time also the price was the same 3095/-.
Then I called the customer care number and provided the details. They were saying there’s no discount for that product. But I told them it is being displyed so in the website and the guy was asking me to send a screenshot. I said okay and he asked some time to check it. And he was saying that there is no discount for the product and the website is not updated with the latest details! There’s discount only for the product MeeMee Baby Tricycle Color Red & Yellow(BT-860). He said sorry and wished me and I kept the phone.
Just to cross-check I simply added the discounted product MeeMee Baby Tricycle Color Red & Yellow(BT-860). And for that also, it was showing 15% discount on the screen but when I added that to the cart it has only 10% discount! I don’t know what to say!
I have seen the same kind of problem with babyoye earlier also when I was looking for some clothing items, but that time I decided to go for someother site because I was getting a better deal there.
So whenever you are buying the product from babyoye, please make sure that you are paying the correct amount being displayed in the website.
