Bacca bucci support staff is very unprofessional, support name is muskan .. she is shouting on me and said why you are asking same question again and again.. this is totally unprofessional behaviour that she done with me and also I can’t see the free gift coupon on app so I directly made order thinking that they will give me first time gift but they are saying you already got discount.but my question is 5% off is for everyone for prepaid order but why they are giving this reason.. I already sent an email.. if I didn’t get gift will cancel my order
