I am their victim. Subsequently, I bought Aquaguard Total. But the money I invested in their product is wasted. Many of my friends advised me to buy a reputed brand but I simply got carried away by the demonstration given by this company.
Obviously, it was a completely unknown firm but at the time of demonstration, they gave a big picture of their company saying that they do business in crores and they are technical experts.
Later I came to know that the person claiming as the sales manager of the company was the owner of the company himself .
My advice to all mouthshut users is that what ever be the claims of the sales man, please don’t get carried away by that. Selling water purifiers has become a cottage industry today. Please do your due diligence(check their office / customers) before buying a product or simply settle for a reputed brand.
