It is shocking to see these types of reviews about a growing company like bactino water purifiers.
With a good intention only, I gave the review. But it is sad part to read the others. With the same intention, I enquired these issues with this bactino company people.
They said that they cannot hide in the market and they can be easily identified in many ways and they do not have any customer in the name of mr.arjunpeetambaram. They also stated that they know this person(not mr.arjun peetambaram) who gave these messages in different names are from only that person who is there competitor speaking negatively about this company in the market, now in mouthshut.com also.
Even i have that doubt that all this from a competitor of this company because in every statement he says that this company person is writing all the reviews opposing to him and he says that this company is a one man show.
One thing i recognised form this bactino company people speech that they are very confident about their customers all are very happy with their proper services.Even i think they are very clear on the way they go. My thinking is mr.arjun peethambaram should call this company people and sort out his problem apart from writing reviews like this and this company people to my confident they will do the needful also they are so humble in handling the customers.
