Here’s a movie that’s got a lot more going for it than just a cool, classy theme song...

Great. Overall, the film is as cool as the song. Let me give it ratings out of ten for these parameters:
PERFORMANCES: 10/10
ACTION: 10/10
STORY/PLOT: 9/10
CINEMATOGRAPHY: 9/10
DIRECTION: 9/10
BACKGROUND SCORE: 10/10
In particular, I must say the performances are brilliant. Will Smith, Martin Lawrence and all the supporting cast have turned in tremendous performances. Watch the villain, the way he twitches his eyes when he’s angry. The story is fast-paced and doesn’t give you any chances for slacking off.
Some of the memorable scenes are:
The car chase with the Mortuary Van
The first shoot-out in the crooks’ hide-out (super camera work!)
The final rescue operation of the heroine
Will and Martin trying to scare off Martin’s daughter’s boyfriend
The scene where Will and Smith start busting an un-cooperative informant’s shop
Recommendation: Must See!
