Badrinath ki Dulhaniya is a comedy movie where Varun Dhawan acts as Badri. The handsome Jhansi boy enjoys his life throughly. His father is a well known person in Jhansi and the whole family is narrow minded, a type of following rituals. On a occasion he meets Beauty with Brains, the beautiful Vaidehi ( Alia Bhatt) . Badri wanted to marry her but due to some liabilities she did not want to marry him. The film continues and at places there are bursts of laughter.
At last section of the movie, Badri opposes some of blind faith that were maintained by his family members.
The movie reflects that still in the year 2017 the bad customs of Dowry and Gender Discrimination are present in society.
There was a Happy Ending of the movie. Overall it was a nice movie. Enjoyed Alot !
