We Had a Terrible Experience at "Baghban - Chef" resto at East Street. The service was really troublesome and I wanted to provide feedback. When we approached the owner to provide feedback, he clearly Said ->"Go to a place where you get good service, dont come back here again". I was zapped for a moment, I am a regular customer at this place for 5 years now, all I wanted was to provide some feedback. If I was served cold biriyani, is’nt this something I can at least complaint about?? I am paying for the food, its not free or a "langar"
Would request people reading this to visit this place if they wish to get insulted and harassed, I agree it used to be one of the best places in town. But not any more as they dont care for Customers any longer
I wish more people read this and make the arrogant owner of this place realize that a Business runs with Customers and not arrogance.
