I had placed an order on 9th April 2011 for a Blackberry Storm 9530(mobile phone). I received a confirmation call the next morning, promising me that I will receive the product within 2-3 weeks. When I started following up with the BAG IT TODAY telecaller executives, every time I was told with a new story. They finally confirmed the product to be out of stock, also every time I call, they say that their senior is out and not in office. Every time they promise that I will receive the product in 10-14 days.
They are only fooling people. Please don’t get attracted. NEVER SHOP ON BAG IT TODAY.

I received my product on 27 April. n it was not working.(as expected). Upon follow-up finally Reverse pick-up was done on 26 May 2011. Till today afternoon, the response from BAG IT TODAY people was that my phone will be dispatched in another 5-6 days. Unfortunately I had to finally cancel my order.also with dis I have lost my patience.these are just bastards.
Its my request to all the readers, please don’t get attracted to these stupid and useless sites. PLEASE don’t shop on BAG IT TODAY. Also, now I am going to register a complaint with Consumer Complaint.
