I was cheated of Rs. 999 by Bagittoday website. I have ordered for shoes and they have sent the wrong size when asked for refund or replacement. No answer after making calls and sending emails, nobody turned up that customer has issue. And moreover whenever called they don’t know the story and every time I had to repeat the story.
When escalated to seniors, he assured that refund would be made once product picked up and its almost 2 months has been passed where product picked and refund not made.
They are cheats and do not know how to treat customers. No customer service, poor quality products and I am fond of shopping online but this was my first and last shopping experience with bagittoday.
U should change the name of your company as Payandforget instead of bagittoday.
If you guys have little shame, then refund my money and close this chapter.
