I booked an order no-33291414 on 29-sep-13 and paid via credit card.Upon not recieving any communication about products delivery I sent several e-mails, which was not responded.Then I called customercare 0120-4111414 on 8-oct-13 but the customer care executive didnt give positive response.hence I lodged a complain -91235 on 8-10-2013 on their site, but no response as usual.
Again I called Mr Vivek, customer care executive and this time also he didnot give positive response. On 17-10-2013 again I called customer care and inquired about the product delivery.After not getting the positive response requested him to cancel my order and refund the money.
He was not willing to do so but told he will forward my complain to concerned dept.Same day I sent email for cancelling order and refunding the amount.Same has also been lodged as a complain-93715 dt-17-10-2013.But they are not responding at all.
