Mr.Saurav Tyagi from sales department did the wrong commitment. They told me if u have buy the 5599 company give u membership ID in which u can buy any product with 60% discount and u got Rs 5000 diamond which will be sold by me. When I got the package I went at jeweler shop. They said this is not buy by us. Please go to their where u buy.
When I share this with Saurav Tyagi, he said that u have also buy the one more package for Rs 5599 to get the diamond certificate and benefits of membership ID.I said that please refund my money. I don’t
want these fake products. He said that I told u the solution is that u have to buy one more package of 5599 rest is upon u.Escalated anywhere I don’t care for that this is company rule.The 3 T-shirts I got have not any company brand name and cost of T-shirts 999 each and such a poor quality and Rocia bag I got is also fake the article number is fake.
I have also checked the article number with Rocio company they. Sent me below mail. Mr.Saurav Tyagi is not picking my call.
