I have recently become a forever fan of Baileys Irish Cream. One day an experiment led me to the invention of a most unusual mixer for Baileys Irish......Double Fudge Yoo Hoo chocolate drink (my 8yr.old son’s favorite chocolate drink). I fill my favorite highball glass a little more than halfway with Baileys on the rocks then fill to the top with Yoo Hoo (shake well before adding). The result is a smoother , softer Baileys without any sign of the whiskey bite.....very sweet almost dessert type enjoyment. I must add these words of caution....pace yourself, it’s so smooth an non alcoholic in taste you forget about the 34 Proof and find yourself doing one too many refills..which for those of you who prefer not to be overwhelmed by stronger tasting whiskey drinks....its perfect. I have found the best time for this concoction is after dinner at home ready to wind down from a long day. Sweet Dreams !!!
