I had put in a solicitation for a console(Casio CTK 7300IN) on fifth Jan 2016, and I didn’t get any insistence message or mail. Besides, 7 days, I called them exactly 12 times and it essentially kept ringing, then finally a female tended to it(just the twelfth time.) And let me realize that my solicitation was crossed out in view of some quality issue.
Besides, I got a call again from bajaao saying that the thing was crossed out due to no stock in stock. Likewise, they had not conveyed something particular or a mail concerning it some time as of late. Exactly when I called, they let me know it was drop.
Customer Care not reacts also. I called more than 5 times customary at different between times of time and no one seemed to answer the call
