Eternal Delays and very poor service

I had ordered my digital piano way back on the 12th of December(2020), and I still have no certainty as to when the product is actually going to be dispatched(writing this on 4th of feb as of now). The irony is that they used to just update the dispatch date as soon as it came near, right now it is stuck at February 1, and they haven’t even updated the other details. I am absolutely disappointed, I do understand that there may be reasonable delays ranging from minor delays to major ones, but being aware of the situation, one should not lie while advertising their products or at the display page of the delivery date. I have lost all trust in their service.


If you want my suggestion, then please do not believe in their lies, they keep delaying the product, at least as long as the pandemic and travel restrictions are in place.


In their eternal re-scheduling, I hope you don’t lose all interest in music itself
