Well, it changed my life. No time for my family and friends. It was a big mistake to join it. Iske baad I get calls only 4m insurance co’s.
(ek baar apke cv pe insurance ka thappa lag jaye, to you are worth insurance only aur naukri nahi milegi!)
And the second big mistake was to join without offer letter. I was committed a hike of 45%, but actually got a hike of 30% and pathetic reimbursements..and got my offer letter after 15 days of joining. That means half month’s work without salary!!!
There is hell lot of pressure in bank channel. Daily con calls n abusive language by bosses even after a day’s hard work. There will b no time for family, frnz and social life plus the mkt is so dwn, no one is ready to invest. Allocation charges are so high k banda wo sun k hi mar jaye!!
