I brought three online policies from the bajaj Alliance Goal assurance. After completion of 5 years, lock-in period. I requested to payout through my NRE account since I paid through my NRE account now its two months they send the cheque I cleared said pls cancel the cheque and transfer the amount to my NRE account. They connect through video call eveeytime new Assistant comes and listen to the problem and not solve the issues. Now I am thinking to file a fraud case to bajaj alliances I am tired of calling them .all stupid Assistant s wasting my time.
