Don’t Buy any insurance from Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company Ltd. Are you a policy holder of vehicle insurance at Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company Ltd .if your answer is yes then God has to save you.. The company sells the policy by showing less premium payments comparison with competitors and later if you submit any claims against damage then would get shocks of your life by getting refund less than 25% of the total claim.
I am talking here about an incident faced by myself during the claim process. My vehicle met with a minor accident and same was reported to Bajaj local office by one of the Honda showrooms .Post that I have made “N” number of calls asking to start the repair work to the Honda and the reply from Honda was always that we have not received any estimate and approval from Bajaj team.
After coordinating with calls one of the mangers (Damager) at Bajaj (Bangalore J.C road office) provided the approval without any estimate to me to start the work at Honda. As customer I had informed the issues to Honda team with vehicle to get it rectified during the repair process.
The total bill was more than Rs 12000 of the vehicle and I was told by the Bajaj manager that you need to submit the bills for the claim and same will be settled. Another shock after undergoing such a trauma was the amount approved was just Rs 3000 and the manger was rude enough to say we cannot do anything in the case. DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT.
I had approached IRDA the regulator and nothing happened after that as well. I hold many polices and want to move from Bajaj ‘The cheat company.’ They have the dubious distinction of being consistent in their pathetic service and lack of consideration for their clients
I truly regret the day I decided to establish a relationship with these ST Bajaj company. The planets must have been all lined up the wrong way or something....- you are ST service provider . Perhaps your insurance fiasco should tell you something. In case you did not notice- there are other competitors in the market. So get your head out of the sand and take a look at your service levels.
Guys please forward and share the article for not getting into traps of Bajaj Insurance anymore. I am also sending consumer court notice to such people and write an article in media about such cheats. So guys don’t buy any Bajaj insurance policy.
