Pathetic claim service

I had bought a bajaj insurance at the time of purchase itself in 2010 and have been paying regular premium with almost no claims in the last 4 yrs and finally when I claimed in 2014 for an accident more then half of my claim has been rejected under the pretext that its a false claim


1st I dont get the idea how can a claim be false the car has been damaged description given is convincing iam ready to prove it bringing in witness from the rto as well as the people present there. even the bajaj guy was convinced that the damage has happened at that incident but the reason not to settle the claim is that  the same bumper had initially also been damaged so just because even that shall be repaired bec they had to put in a new bumper the new damage shall not be repaired


as it is the claim shall be reduced by 30% bec the vehicle is 3 yr  old and even after that the genuine claims are rejected


never buy bajaj gen ins customer is pathetic they never pick up the call and even after heated arguments with the claim settlement guy non of his seniors even thought of getting back just waiting for them to come to me for renewal
