1) they don’t accept claims that have multiple damages; Bajaj only provides compensation for any one of the single damage, that is also a small one; but usually when we met with accident car gets multiple damages.
2) The process is so cumbersome and delayed and bureaucratic.
3) They ask photos of accident site; in any case reaching to accident site for photos that is far away from residence is a great difficulty.
4) The communication by their surveyors and support staff will be very rude and rough’ they never try to understand your problem.
5) They except huge tips(bribe) and try to exploit us by showing some point or the other and deny to accept our claim till we give a good tip.
