I came across this recently. I was about to renew a Car Insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz.
I somehow managed to get this person. "Sunny Salunkhe"he took the renewal cheque from me and disappeared.
after calling him 50 times, he somehow managed to send a guy for vehicle Inspection after 8 days of submitting cheque.
This guy will tell you .. will call in a minute..and will never call you. You have to literally run behind him .. every time he will make excuses, the trick he uses is he gives a colleague number as his boss’s number so u won’t really do anything.
Even after 10 days of vehicle inspection , I am running after these guys for the policy documents. Finally its the boss (Anshuman Dutta) who gives you the renewal quotation within 5 minutes. But while processing the policy documents .. you have to call him multiple times as he is busy ..
This is a frustrating and looks like never ending episode...Finally I have decided, I don’t want the policy from Bajaj Allianz..Wasted too much time and Energy .. and added frustration.
