People are unprofessional. They are only nice till they sell their insurance plan. Surveyors are too arrogant. Managers in this company have no idea on an incident & claims update. Surveyors dont respond to your calls, takes hell lot of time to finalize on the claims. No proactiveness in updating customer. They should not be in this business.
PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE FOR NEW/USED CARS. They might give you discount in your yearly premium but service is 3rd grade. Instead its better to pay higher premium to insurance companies which can reimburse your claims in a more realistic time & in a more comfortable experience
