I had accident in 30 oct submitted documents to bajaj life insurance office yerwada pune where the lady misdirected me and send me to vimannagar there i submitted documents again person came askef him to give me sme note that i have submitted documents he said no need we will call you after 21 days I only called regardiy information that time they told me this documents are missing even arlier I had submitted those documents then too again. again I submitted those documents then i started taking follow up but still they are telling me call this no.no.which nobody is picking up the phone.... till the date no action no claim only manastap since last 8 year i am paying for bajaj mediclaim but when time came these people are treating bad than government office. and my freind who was with me she received mediclaim from Max Bhupa ....disappointed baja mediclaim dont purchase very bad service
