I renewed my car insurance with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co on 03-Jul-11. The original policy had many errors. I sent details of the errors to the concerned branch for correction on the policy but there was no response after several reminders. I filed a complaint online with their customer care dept. on 27-Jul-11. As on date(05-Aug-11) I havent recieved my corrected policy.
Therefore, my car & passengers are exposed to Insurance risk. Inspite of higher premium when compared to other insurers, I chose Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co expecting better service. But I was wrong, I would never choose or recommend Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co again.
