I wanted to share screenshots here but I’m not able to. . Very unprofessional behaviour and very slow process . . For 2 months I have been waiting for my policy to be approved . they asked for my IT returns, 4 times. And now keep asking for additional documents. Tired of this 2 months long process, I Finally asked to refund my premium. Now I get 2 emails on different days. In one, they mention that from the amount of 23, 654 premium paid, they will be refunding 20, 000 rs and guess what today I got an email where they mention that they will be refunding 15, 550 rs As a customer I didn’t argue when they said 20k premium as I understand they had to bear the cost of medical examination, but now this is getting really frustrating where almost 8, 000 of your hard money is getting deducted for what? . . I had to wait for 2 long months, this was total wastage of my time and money. Total wastage of time , energy and money. . I would never recommend bajaj allianz to anyone and try to save as many as I can from their unprofessional and long process
