I wanted to surrender my lapsed policy, there executive misguided me for one month and kept making false excuses all to discourage me from surrendering the same. so that kp the money till 2025.I and my father kept visiting the branch nd they kept asking random papers. nd kept harassing me.
Only to tell that ur lapsed policy can’t be reassigned to u .so u can’t surrender it.I have already got no duse and no objection from bank. Don’t go with this kind of fraudulent company.be safe.
