They denied me claim due to loop holes. The agent asked me to read 36 pages booklet which I had received in the email. So while falling sick I should read 36 pages of rule book?
Singapore airlines didnt owe me anything but they were kind enough to offer me 100% refund. All I asked from Bajaj was the hotel bills. They were rude and all agents kept saying not covered.
