.Hello readers. have never seen this type of service, they are deducting the money from my account, which I was already paid to them through online tranfer for money
Worst customer service I visited there branch due to some bajaj finance card concern for unblocking of card. they simply say this will not happen here if you want you can cancel the card exteremely not acceptable behaviour by the bajaj finance customer service providers 2/3 times I mark a mail to unblock my card yet its inactive seriously not expecting this service from you guys.Website doesnt provide branch details correctly, Google also cant locate their branches
Numbers mentioned on Google are not working, how does a customer contact you people, disgusting service and poor management the service deserve a negative ratings. Need lot of improvement in cutomer service care there are .No sitting arangement . In the bajaj finance office itself
It take up to 2hours for any quiry.Rude Behaviour no sitting arrangements. Only one counter to talk. Closing time given 7PM which is totaky not true infact stop giving tokens at 5 PM. Dont work on their alloted office timings. Not going to recommend any one.
