I went for purchasing Bajaj Pulsar 220 in the year 2014 from a reputed showroom in the hearth of Kolkata.
After having a test ride I opted for the Bajaj Auto Finance Limited finance option for the purchase of the vehicle and the financier explained to the the documentation that are required for the finance and the EMI options. Accordingly I arranged the down payment and the documents and went for booking of the bike and submitted the documents, I was asked to wait for about a week for document verification and processing of the loan, but even after a week nobody from Bajaj Auto Finance Limited called me which shows that they are unprofessional. So, I went to the dealer to see what’s the problem and the Bajaj Auto Finance Limited finance executive told me that the loan was not approved for no obvious reasons. Even if the loan was disapproved they should have informed me. With the same documentation I got a loan from my Bank and that proves that there was not problem with the documentation part, Bajaj Auto Finance Limited has shown unprofessional attitude towards me and they have taken things for granted thinking that I don’t have options but they should be aware that in today’s competitive market if you are not providing good services there are others who are ready to help.
