Awful Service

I am amazed at the Customer Service of Bajaj Finance. First they call clients to offer cards, like they kept doing to me.


After rejecting their Super Card Offer thrice, I finally agreed. Then they called me to ask when they should visit my house for verification. After giving them a time, I kept waiting. I am into service and I was already running late for office time. Some person from their end called me and said he was nearby and asked for directions at 9.45am. I kept waiting thereafter and after 1 hour I called him and he said he was somewhere far away and he will reach within half an hour. Finally he arrived after another 1 hour and got the verification done.


Day -2, I got a call again from them asking me when I can spare some time to get the verification done. On my explaining the whole thing, they said that their portal was not updated.


Another 1 hour later, I got another call similar way asking me when they can come for verification.


I really don’t know how to react to this.
