I saw many ppl have got many things wrong abt this bike here and thought of Writing my own review
What I’m writing here is not a professional review on avenger..So don’t ask anything abt it’s specs, technical description.(check it’s website if u want these details )
I ordered this bike after reading almost all the reviews about avenger(200) on mouthshut, WOkey let’s begin with what i’ve experienced with this jumbo ( writing this review after completion of 3k kms )
1st and foremost COMFORT : i’ve rated 5 out of 5 cause the site does not offer 4.5 :( ..Well for riding within the city and sometimes for short distance trips it’s really really comfortable ..But when u have to take a long distance (mine being 500 kms ) u get pain in the A** even in the riders seat too forget abt pillion..He would cry to jump off u r bike ...
2nd Mileage : I’ve seen in many other reviews that a lot of them complain abt mileage being only 35, 30 25 etc.. My bike gives me a decent 40-45 kmpl in city @ 45 -50 km/hr as well as on highways(highways also same mileage cause u don’t fing drive at 45kmph on highways )
I use speed, xtra premieum petrols only ..
What I would suggest here is don’t think abt the cost u spend on speed etc cause when u go to a bunk u fill u r tank for 100 bugs or 200 so instead of wasting that money on normal fuel spend on these and get more mileage at the same cost ...
Secondly u need to heat up oil before starting the day for atleast 30 s ..
3rdly if u r having a high pickup then obviously u r mileage goes down ..i experimented with this on my second service since my pick up was low told the probiker to increase the pickup and my bike started giving 38-41 kmpl from then on .SO just have it checked and let it be optimum.
3rd Handling and Control : well The first bike I rode was avenger itself (never owned or rode a bike before ) so I don’t feel much ittzy bitzy abt maneuvering in traffic ..
THe gear shift is a big problem and for all those who don’t know U CANNOT GET NEUTRAL WHEN U R BIKE IS ON (WELL ONLY 1 IN 10 ATTEMPTS U WILL ) SO SWITCH OFF TO GET NEUTRAL
and don’t use front brakes before rear ones or u will skid
Misc : Avenger is really cool and have no prob with it yet..My 1st service was really bad but my second service went very good ....
Head lights are pretty bad for that bike :-->1 is the headlight itself though powerfull not powerfull enough on highways were there is no lighting facility across the streets ..I mean it is just not clearer
I would suggest a HID kit for lighting
2nd is get the high beam adjusted properly or else I will always point the sky

today I had an accident with ma BIke...A Truck Collided my bike from the back...The best part was not even a single scratch was found on my bike But his Front Fender and Indication both destroyed..
This BIke is real Solid Metal...
2nd one is the usable parts etc are not from good company..I had to change my Clutch cable just 3 weeks back as it had broken...
