I buyed bajaj avenger street 220 8 months ago in bangalore from watching reviews on this bike. It costed me 1.2lakhs on road price by dealer satisfaction. I thinked it’s good bike and bought it first it is useful for me after 8 months it’s worst of buying. We are bored from this bike.
Engine is very noisy and it stops at any time.i have checked with all possible settings still stops on 1-2gear low speed. After 8-9km non stop riding I feel heat on engine and on legs. Brakes do not work terrible front brake.rear shock absorber is very bad.on switching gears some time not works. Heavy maintenance needed on engine parts. Mileage is very low( 35km/litre) comparing to other vehicles like royal enfield its bad.
Very good cofortability max 3 people can be sit.short persons can also drive.
Body parts are broken because of driving on humpy roads no road grip on turning points and rainy days.i got falled on rainy days because of slide.
Appeal is very good classy designed bike, but problem is on engine parts. Headlights and indicator bulbs get dim now I have changed it 15days ago.
Needed serviceing for every 2 months because of changing oil and fuel egency.
Not very bad bike still good on look. engine work is needed, heavy maintanace is needed. I tell u to check once again and buy it.
