Its been over a month I have opened an a/c with bajaj capital J20291. First they have provied me with misleading information. The a/c has been opened but till date I have not been able to trade. I have call them several time at: 033-64530736 (kolkata office) & 011-39881010 (delhi office). They promise call backs but u never get one. I have made several payments...
It’s been weeks but their records are not updated. Kolkata office has confirmed that they have received it but Delhi office says we have not! I don’t know how to go about the mess. Dear Friends, Its been hell of an experience.
