I have been using this cooler since a year, I purchased it thinking that Bajaj is a well-known brand and it has a nice goodwill in the market so I wont be cheated but all I received is a cooler with lots of repair expenditure. Moreover when I complain about the inability of the cooler to cool my room the Company says that Madam 100 me se 1-2 piece nikal jata hai aise is this a kind of reply a consumer should get?
