I purchased this byke on 12 Oct 2009, and before that I was planning the same from the month of July 09, I needed a 100 cc byke with good mileage and looks.
And initially I was inclined towards Hero Honda CD deluxe, but somewhat I was hesistant to buy that byke due to its same old engine and looks, in the mean time Bajaj announced the launch of its new 100 cc Bajaj Discover, after going through the positive reviews on internet and specially on mouthshut by mirage.
I went to the Bajaj showroom and after seeing and test driving it I realised that it is the byke just made for me with stunning looks, mind blowing features and mileage, I am driving the byke for the last One month and I had done the first servicing of the byke also. ’
Before the 1st service the ride was smooth and after it the ride has become much smoother, the mileage is undoubtedly number one and superhit feature of this byke I am getting a mileage of over 85 km/litre, as after topping my tank up with petrol, drove 324 Kms, and when I again topped the tank it was filled in 3.75 litre, but for getting such I am driving my vehicle smoothly and at a speed between 35-45 km per hour.
Auto choke is one of the fine feature and I never faced any problem in starting the engine in the morning, the seat is comfortable as compared to other 100 cc bykes driven by me, overall at a price of Rs. 45, 000/- no other byke can offer such features, style and mileage.
So any one who is going to make a mind to go for a 100 cc byke just go for Bajaj Discover DTS-Si and it will not let you down.
