Dashing,, subdued and a class apart

Well, I am sure you have heard this before, the Discover is truly a *Chota Bhai  *of the Pulsar, but were it differs is its being uncommon and thus the exclusivity of being the owner of a Discover 135. The power output is a cool 13BHP @8500 rpm, you wont need 8500 rpm anyways, 5500-6000 rpm would have you cruising at 70 kmph-80 kmph, the handling is smooth, and the brakes reliable.

Pickup is good, and its good for inter-state riding anyday. ergonomics could have been better though, as bum starts aching after sometime, but you soon get used to it.

Pump braking is advised while braking speed in high speeds. And Newbies be careful when braking in tight turns, in slow speeds, a lot of riders not used to the responsiveness of the front disc brakes have taken a dusty tumble:).

The gears are four, unlike even the Gladiator with lower BHps and having 5 gear shifts, but 4 is quite ok, its a fast commuter bike, and the looks are really amazing, especially the blue one, which is incidentally also the color of my bike.

The Chain is covered only on the top end, with the open look I am told to convey macho roadiness, I dont have any arguments against that, makes me easier to have a look at the chain and oil and grease it without having to open the chain cover.

I drive it to my project site every monday morning some 130 odd kilometers and I just love the ride,
