My cousin had a harrowing experience with his 3 week old passion pro, so i suggested him to buy a bajaj discover. He went for the discover 100 since he is not quite comfortable with the back gear pattern offered in the 100t and 100 m models.
On taking the bike, we saw that it was giving a mileage of 82 kmpl, which was very satisfactory with as his defective passion pro was giving 33 kmpl.
Gears shift have smoothness, switch gear is ergonomic and good suspensions. However, maintenance is a problem in Bajaj. In 2 weeks, we had a rusted drive chain, and replaced it with a new one, which is quite good. Overall, this bike is a very good one, comparatively better than the passion pro.
