The Discover 150F is powered by a single-cylinder 150cc engine that produces 14bhp at 8, 5000rpm and a maximum torque of 12.75Nm at 6, 500rpm. This engine is mated to a five speed constant mesh gearbox with an all-up gearshift pattern. The company claims an ARAI fuel efficiency of 72kmpl and has a top speed of 110kmph.
The semi-fairing of the Discover 150F is sure to attract a lot of customers looking for a commuter motorcycle with an extra bit of flair. Braking power comes from a 240mm disc at the front and 130mm drum at the rear. The Discover 150F rides on the 100/90-17 tubeless tyre at the rear and 80/100-17 tubeless tyre in front. With a tank capacity of 10 litres, the bike can travel for almost 600kms at one go.
The Discover 150F is now positioned between the Discover 150S and the Pulsar 135 and will compete with other semi-faired bikes like the Hero Ignitor and the Honda Stunner. The Bajaj Discover 150F is available in four colours – dark blue, wine red, ebony black and dark bottle green.
