I had booked a Airconditioner with them for which the Salesman was quick enough to ask for the full payment without which they said delivery cannot be done. They promised that delivery would be done within a day or two. However, even after 15 days, 20 phone calls & 2-3 calls, the delivery did not take place! Every time they kept saying "delivery will be done tomorrow"
I missed a lot of "sale offer" because of them during this 15 days.
Finally when I dediced to ask for a refund the Store Manager had the balls to tell me that I should have spoken to him directly(as if I knew he existed!) and he casually brushed aside my arguements and told me that the particular model was not being sold by the Airconditioning Company itself! and I will have reselect my model. I asked him, why this was not told to me earlier as I could have availed of some "sale offer" from them or some other vendor - they did not respond well at all!
Finally, I insisted on a refund which they have promised to give me in next few days - am still waiting for it!
*MY ADVISE TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN HYDERABAD IS "PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BAJAJ ELECTRONICS PANJAGUTTA AS THEIR SERVICES ARE CRAPPY AND USELESS"
