I was a satisfied customer of bajaj finserve
I have bought 6 proucts and I have 1 personal loan. 5 product loan I have compleated sucessfully without any single dues. Also one product loan + personal loan still on going.
Unfortunatly I couldnt keep this april sufficient fund in my bank account. Bajaj used to provide reminder msg on my every month. Because of covid 19 special situation I didnt get any msg. Also I forgot to keep fund in my account. Very first time a due happend. After that I have paid with intrest today. After 10 days.
Then what happend to me is my emi card blocked. I dont know why they did that. Very very first time a due happend. As specialy this speacial situation covid 19.after 10 days I have cleard my dues with bounce charge too. Even they blocked my emi card. Its really very very unfair
