Poor Service by Bajaj

Was having loan account with Bajaj. In the loan tenure I have faced so many issues with the Bajaj Finserve ltd. I will definitely not going to recommend to anyone to go with Bajaj fin serve, Really very bad experience with bajaj, they are just good to till offer the loan and once customer’s in or part of them then they don’t care about it and even customer care center also.

Few points I want to highlight.

1.     Drastic change in interest Rate and no communication to customer.

2.     For Simple foreclosure letter generation, they required 12 working days

3.     Don’t bother about customer email, not seen any update on raised request even worst that no one reply on your mail apart from their standard ack reply as mentioned “This communication is a quick note to acknowledge that we have received your email and our support team will answer to your query within 2 working days.”

4.     Not Sure mail id we care monitored or not.

5.     There is no any sr person to handled the request within the call center when I asked cust care executive to transfer the line to your sr or TL or branch head, they simply denied with comments that we don’t have any sr person available.

6.     Reg Policy surrender they assured it will take 7-10 working days but when I called cust care after almost 3 weeks still they don’t have any update and request was still open and not forwarded to concern team.

7.     Excess EMI deduction – Why they required 20 working days to refund customer money?

8.     No value for customer, his time and priorities.

9.     Bajaj Employees giving false commitments on timelines.

10.     All Policies/processes are only from Bajaj side not beneficial to customer.
