The concept of bajaj finserv(EMI card) is good but the problem is in implantation. A few week ago my friend shared the detail of EMI Card with me. Then I decided, I would register for it. So I tried to contact customer service, wrote some mails and called the service center, but they can’t give me full details.
After this, I thought that more information should be looked at their website. There was a lot of information here, but the main information was missing. I try to get information about how to get this card, and how to register for it. The website only has information available about their product, review and payment of EMI card etc.
After much conflict and research, I found a card registered shop. But they also had a condition that you have to buy some products(such as AC, mobile and other electronics products).
I have a question. If we do not need any products, can we not get this card?. Is it right.
