These people are only interested to sell the cards to us, and you will not be able to reach the customer care if you need any help.
I purchased an item using the Bajaj Finserv and wanted to check my loan details, and both the mobile app and the web apps are not working.
I am not able to log in, because I don’t get any OTP from them to log in.
Without my knowledge, they have twice auto deducted the money last time and no details for what is that deduction. And we cannot reach them over the phone nor through email or via live chat.
If you buy this card, you will lose money.
